Want to build a better future? Have a goal you want to accomplish? Build better habits! Motivation is a fantastic igniter, but to be persistent, you must build good habits.
With Better Me, you can write down the goals that you want to accomplish every day or every week and simply check it off. Then, at the end of each day or week, you will receive a notification with a summary of how many times youve completed certain tasks.
If you want to become healthier, set exercising for at least 45 minutes a day as your goal. If you want to pick up a new skill such as playing the guitar, set practicing for 30 minutes as your daily goal. If you want to learn to code, finish a lecture/exercise 4-5 times a week!
